The successful candidate will join the Agriculture and Food business of Nouryon and be responsible for the formulation, development, and evaluation of surfactants and polymers for agricultural applications:
- Initiation and development of innovative solutions to address customer needs and market trends.
- Project leadership from inception to commercialization.
- Establishment of technical relationships with customers.
- Identification of market trends and new opportunities.
